After watching Hot Frosty on Netflix, I chased it down and ordered the necklace from Elenganzia just 5 days before Christmas with expedited shipping, thinking that was the fastest. Then I checked and priority is actually faster… so I emailed customer service, who were awesome. They arranged a PayPal payment for me to make up the difference on shipping cost and the necklace arrived on December 23. Amazing!
It was beautiful, size was perfect and exactly what I wanted to gift my wife to wear to at a Christmas Eve party and Christmas Day dinner. I was a little nervous but Elenganzia came through thanks to their excellent customer service team! I will purchase from them again!❤️
