15. International buyers! - Will I be charged for handling fees, duties, taxes or custom when my package arrives in my country? How much will I be charged for?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
ELEGANZIA has no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.
At ELEGANZIA, returns are allowed in certain circumstances. Products must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
